PNG file in Recycle Bin

I kept PNG files in My Documents folder. Suddenly I saw that PNG files in Recycle Bin even though I didn’t delete PNG files. Why did it happen? How to prevent it happening in future.

one such situation usually happens when you machine is affected with some virus. Try using antivirus to clean it.
