populate cascading dropdwownlists when javscript is disabled

Question

How to populate cascading dropdwownlists when javscript is disabled .
As Client side browser may be having java script disabled. Then updatepanel containing cascading dropdownlists are not working .Then how to resolve this problem if JavaScript is disabled ?
If this is not possible then is there any solution whether
1. can we enable javascript on client side browser
2. Is there any alternative ?

hi Shewale I have faced this type of problem. You have no permission enable the java script on Client Browser. but you can show the message if browser javascipt disabled code is here .pagecontainer {display:none;} #lblMessage { display: none;} You don't have javascript enabled. Plz Enable for login !!! I think have no option are available. if you get any alternative plz share it.
