popup form that should not be minimize

Hi Sir

i am facing a problem while developing c#.net windows form application that i have one parent form and his child form. when child form is active on above parent form then it should not be get minimized when clicking on parent form.

in short how to create a form (popup form )that should not be minimize
when clicking anywhere in parent form.
