I am working in asp.net and I used many control in my project. I am in confusion that PostBackUrl work similar in all controls.

John, I am having a hard time understanding the question. Are you saying, Is postback works similar in all controls? if yes, then answer is yes, based on control type and id control value are getting assigned during page execution process. If I am wrong, can you provide more details?

PostBackURL uses 'Post' method containing the information from the existing form/web page to the specified new URL. Equivalent to Server.Transfer, it maintains View State, Page objects and State Bags which can be used on new page. This is called cross-page posting.
