Dot Net is not domian its a technology or Framework. Secondly Which part of .NET you have experience. Did you work on Web or Windows Development. Web means you should have knowledge of ASP.NET MVC Entity Framework web api's jquery javascript. Windows means wpf winforms core windows development. Which language your worked on C# or VB. For 2 years OOPS concept is must. Should have basic knowledge with good examples to explain them.
