prevent duplicate row adding in gridview

i have one gridview with add new row button in first row i add one record if i add another row with same record it need to show alert by using jquery or javascript

Hey What you want to exactly means you want to prevent the primary key value.ya any value in a row.ya it shows if all the field are match then only show alert. Hope you get which I want
