Hi I have calculate salary for all emp. then i want print each emp salary slip have attach myform screen shot.

Take a look at the recommended articles on the right side here. Many of them show how to print using C#. Basically you have two options: You can either print a whole datagrid showing the employee's pay details or you can individually print each element of the payslip (as strings) on the print document. Depending on the approach you take the logic will vary.
