Printing data

Question

Hi,
I am working on a silverlight project.
This picture below is going to describe the problem that made me mad !! 


When I select an employee from the gird at left , I want to show all the data about that employee in the textboxes at the right. 
I tryed but there is no solution .
Can you plz help me
