Problem ecountered when writing a Salary Payroll System

sir/ma i am a programmer and currently writing a programm on PayRoll system for my Institution.pls i want to compute a payroll that can divide a certain amount of money for certain period of time. Supposing the amount is 30000 iwant the system to deduct it 3000 every month for 10 months.My Language is ASP.Net on Visual Studio 2008 with database MySql. pls how can i go by this.am confuse now walepat ondo

The logic will be somehow of this type.... Take the current date with DateTime and extract the datemonth and year seperately. Store the date month and year in different variables. Start a counter for month. For each deduction increment the counter for month by 1. In the If condition check wether the counter reached 10 or not.... If(i { Deduction of amount i++ } else { No Deduction }
