Problem in Adding Assembly in GAC in window 7

Hi any one can help me i am adding assembly in GAC in window 7 and i also add in windowXp it simply added but it is not added in window 7 whay any one can help me......?

hi i think file is in the C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v6.0A\bin this location when i double click on this exe file it just appear the black window and then it hide is this file or i am going wrong...?

Are you using Gacutil.exe to insall?
