Problem in C# Programming

Question

Hello to every body!!! 

I know how to launch a Winform in the web and it is fully working without problem. But my problem encounter is I need to used an ASP.NET to lunch it but it will not require to used ASP.NET. When I used a plain HTML it will works by using but the problem is it can be trace using a code. i also used fake menu frames in html still you access to web. if know parameter my exe files type url and open it!. what need any suggestion on how revice program with or without parameters works purely can't url. suggestion!!!! thank you!!!!!.
