Problem in DataGridView Cell Validation in c#

Question

Hello every one I have One Data GridView. i want to Make Validation on Cell . Cell is Accept only Numaric and Decimal Values and is should not be Greater than of 100 if its Greater Than 100 than give me MSG... i donthave any idea of this Validation if u know than please let me know as soon as possible... I just want to put only percentage value in cell so it should not be greter than 100 if its possible than let me Know wht is doing in there its only take numeric values only for 3 digits but if i put greter than 100 than its taken which is not good so if uhave any idea than please let me know... its too urgent Thanks in Advance
