Problem in System.CmponentModel.Composition

Hi,

        I am using .net frame work 3.5.I have tried to include System.ComponentModel.Composition.dll from
MEF_Preview_6 2009.7.8.0 (Final) 2009, Aug 28(http://labs.ashmind.com/reuse/library/system.componentmodel.composition).
While including dll i am getting error as "You cannot add a reference to System.ComponentModel.Composition.dll as it was not build runtime.Silverlight Projects will only work with Silverlight assemblies"
