WebRequests in asp.net handled by its own handlers but if you want to create custom handlers to handle these request then you have to implement IHttpHandler interface in your handler class. It Defines the contract that ASP.NET implements to synchronously process HTTP Web requests using custom HTTP handlers. You need to implement its only method ProcessRequest().
