Problem with File !!!

Question

How Can I Open A file for reading and/or writing in C# ? I don't mean using openfiledialog / savefiledialog . I mean something Like C++ (non-visual C++).

That is called serialization and deserialization . Objects that can be serialized are called serializable ; they inherit from the ISerializable interface. Another term that is frequently used is persistence; objects capable of serialization are capable of persistence . Search this web site for relevant articles and look at the System.Runtime.Serialization Namespace.
