Problem with inserting data in GRIDVIEW

Question

I created a Gridview. I could insert delete update data in Gridview Load gridview..delete and update are OK but when I inserted data ..load gridview...no change facing I opened SQL SERVER then I saw data that I inserted before ....after that I clicked refresh but still unchange.......:( data loop in table in database tell me..what's this problem?

Problem with inserting data...Although I inserted data into DATABASE successfully..but I couldn't see that data - data that I've just inserted - in gridview....I made all ways...refresh WEBSITE but I still couldn't see...even though I used Bind gridview Method - LoadData() I realized when I refresh page many times....I opened SQL SERVER again... that data inserted many times in database example: ID Name 1 data 2 data 3 data 4 data ... .. here is my source code.... download here: http://www.mediafire.com/?76tlf1ge545frr6
