Problem with installing the windows application on another computer

Question

Hello I made a setup file and now I want to install it on another computer. There isn't installed Visual Studio.net on it and when I tried to install it I got the message that the assembly CrystalDecisions.Data.AdoDotNetInterop Version 10.5.3700.0 must be installed in the Global Assembly Cache first. Can anybody help me how to do this please? Where can I find the GAC and do I need to install Windows Installer first or give me please some other instructions? Thanks very much in advance.

Hi Nel Download .net framework(version 2.0 or 3.5) from the internet and install it first to another computer.After that install the setup file. Thanks
