problem with running the windows forms application after reinstalling it

Hi I run the setup of my application and installed it. But when I tried to reinstall it again I couldn't. I removed it from control panel and run the setup again but an error occurred that the application can not be run. Could anybody help me please? So I can see it installed but maybe not correctly since the application can not be started. Thanks

But you have not provided the information that someone would need to help you. Since I cannot see any problem there is not a problem as far as I can tell.

BUt the application doesn't work doesn't even open at all. I get an error that it can not run. And I didn't change anything in the code. My colleagues have reinstalled the computer and after that the application can not run even though I install it.
