Problem with SelectedValueChanged event of ComboBox

Hi everybody Can anyone please explain about the SelectedValueChanged event of ComboBox Actually my problem is that if I change the SelectedValue of a ComboBox programmatically the SelectedValueChanged event is not getting raised Thanking you Saduneni Shashanka

did you add an event handler to handle this event? you know the part in the InitializeComponent(); you are supposed to see a line like this: yourComboBox.SelectedValueChanged += new System.EventHandler( theNameofTheMethod); i am not sure about the System.EventHandler it might be called something else.
