procedure parameter length

hi this is kavita I am create a procedure with one input parameter bydefaut parameter lemth is maximum 128 character in sql2000. is there any way to increase parameter lenth? thanks

Hi I had checked with microsoft SQL server 2000 variable length allows only 128 characters there is no other way that you can have length more than 128 characters. It is not good practice to have long variable name do avoid such coding practice. Regards >>Munnamax
