programming using 3 tier architecture

Question

I'm writing a program to create a database for keeping trainees records in 3 tier.....using dll files... I have created a form for interface,database, stored procedure, classlibrary and i wrote code behind too....my form is executing,accepting details without any error yet details are not going to database...!

Why? Am i missing something?
