progress bar not working..

I am developing MVC application.I have put in Profiling page one progress bar. That progress bar working is to display the progress n going to another page recommendedeProfiling. I cant see the progress bar processing.

So can any one help me out to check my code please. here is my code for that.

my progress bar are now working but one pb is also coming is that progressbar complete the progess afte i wnat change the page also redirect on another page but i dont understand how i do
