project creation in sharepoint onljne

Question

We have a scenario like creating project in sharepoint is from sap.. Project creation is initiated at sap system and then frm sap we will write the project in to a text file or xml file.. This portion is done alrdy.. Now my question is, want to know whether I can write the projcts from that xml file to sharepoint programmatically...?? Appreciate your quick response... Thank you... :)

Create a custom web part which will read the configuration values from SAP system and use that web part in sharepoint page . While creating the Web part in C# use sapna. Dll and use sharepoint object model codes in your Web part .
