Protection and security for Asp.net Web application

Question

I want to give compile version of asp.net project on cd to client.They will host from their side.Is asp_merge microsoft compiler is secured that no body can decrypt the code.

Do you know any other safe compiler.

Many companies are telling that it can be broken through reverse engineering. I am at present coding my web application in such a way that it checks domain name while login. Is there any better way even though i use asp_merge
