hi open sql server configuration manager go to --> sql server network configuration manager-->click on protocals for MSSQLSERVER--> Enable TCP/IP Protocal

hi open IIS go to Run---> inetmgr (for Openging IIS) right click on sites ---> Add Website --> Enter SiteName--> select physical path--> select Application pool--> Select Frame Work --> click ok.
