Understand requirements clearly and focus on minor details Very High Write optimized code Very High Follow proper naming conventions High Comment code Medium Good team player Medium Help other fellow developers Low Eager to learn new Low Goal oriented not time oriented Low

I think following points should be kept in mind: 1)Write Comments for the code you write 2)Write optimized code. 3)Follow conventions like pascal  camel for code. 4)good communication with your team memberPL and PM. etc.
