query form validation and mail

Hello Friends
please help me out.
this is a very small problem but make big headache for me.
i have a query form. so for validation i m using JavaScript. but its not working,
please find the attachment and please please sort the my problem. why its not working and what is the solution.
and one more thing i want to send this query form as mail to on info id
(this is my website form so i have my server name)
so what i need code for query mail .please help me for this too

hi friend you can use Validators of asp.net controls.. these are easy to use and more reliable then.. simple javascript validation code for each control with interactive messages. i have modified your form and applied asp.net validators. now check its more interactive and more accurate in validation. try to enter invalid email in email box in the form i m sending you Download the attachment. Hello Amit. thanx for you reply on my query from validation post. i know tht asp validation control are easy and also work fine but i really want to know why may js not working there. even the same function is working in others form. anyways for now i followed ur suggestion but one more problem i told in tht post tht was mail sending. i have domain nd webspace.and i want when anyone surf my webpage nd want to send any query just click on query page fill tht form nd press sumbit. nd tht form with proper layout mail to my info id. so could u please tell me how can i do it. i have my code for this which i got in my training but its not working.. please help me. you have my code so ..
