query string value encode and decode

Hi all I want to set query string values in encoding form how ? Then i want to decode it also when URL load.

For what purpose do you want to encode/decode? Is it to convert from/to binary or for security purposes?

There are several functions available at server side like Server.URLEncode() Server.URLDecode()...... In javascript you have Escape also custom URLEncode custom URLDecode.......
