Question about visual studio 2012 asp.net web form

Question

I am trying to display multiple images using single file upload toobox??

I created one web form with handler.ashx file, also connection.cs file is created but at execution time i faced problem in MySqlCommand cmd.ExecuteNonQuery??

How can i solve this issue???
