Question for Manesh about Dataform Wizard article

In your step by step article on using the dataform wizard, you display a screen that you say is "most important." It is after the dialog where you choose the tables and columns to display on form. My "Next" button is ghosted out and I cannot get to that final screen to choose how to display the form. "Cancel", "Back" and "Finish" are active, but not "Next." I am using Visual Studio .NET 2003 EA v7.1.3088 Thank you!
