Why we use continue statement in csharp

The 'continue' statement can be thought of as a limited form of 'goto' which instead of jumping to a label jumps to the next iteration of one of C#'s loop statements: for foreach while or do. Sometimes you may want to do this rather than carry on with the current iteration. Whilst it's always possible to program without it when used judiciously it can make your program easier to understand by reducing the amount of code which needs to be nested in 'if' or 'switch' statements.
