Question

I have 3years experience in .net .

I have 2years gap and now I have got one job offer from

start-up company to work on projects based on Entity Framework

and LINQ and using 3tier architecture.

I am confused shall I join the organization or wait for mnc.

I have already given 4 to 5 interviews in mnc but could not clear them.

Hi Please join it. Don't leave this opportunity. It is not matter whether you are working in MNC or startup. What matter is how much you know and how you are improving your technical and soft skills. If you are technically sound then you can get good job with good package. It is my personal opinion.

Hello Panse Dont miss it. you join immediately. Why means start up company also next move to MNC only dont compare it is MNC or startup company. You can learn more in start up company. And also u have 2 years gab. If you join in MNC there asking more questions in that u have faced more problems. You join in this company next you can move to MNC at the time no problem. ALL THE BEST. Hey Panse Accept the offer from that company and resign from current. After that update your profile on Naukri.com that you can join within a month and currently serving your notice period now you will start getting calls from well known brands give interview in them your joining time will help you a lot in getting another offer or may be more than 1 offer. But don't say NO to this offer.

Hello Please if you really want to do good works don't compare whether it is a MNC or Startup. you may learn new things even you are working with Startup company. by the way this is my personal opinion. Hope it helps.
