Question

I have 3years experience in .net .

I have 2years gap and now I have got one job offer from

start-up company to work on projects based on Entity Framework

and LINQ and using 3tier architecture.

I am confused shall I join the organization or wait for mnc.

I have already given 4 to 5 interviews in mnc but could not clear them.
