RDLC Report designer in visual studio 2017 not working

Hello I am new to Visual Studio 2017 I was designing an invoice in RDLC report that was not opening in 2017 version it was opening with xml. Earlier I was using vs 2013  there I found the report designer but not in the latest version.

If there was any corruption in downloading the files prefer downloading a fresh copy of it. If error still exists then follow the steps: Goto Visual Studio -> Tools -> Extension and Updates -> search for RDLC There you can download the Report viewer without any issue. Hope that helps :)

Thank you sir for your prompt response. I had downloaded the file but there shows an error The extension manifest is invalid. Is there any other option?
