Read Sent Items using .net

How to read sent mail details (gmail/yahoo) using POP3 not IMAP ?

I think POP3 is for reading email; that is downloading from a mail server. SMTP is for sending mail. I am not sure how IMAP works but for SMTP once the mail is sent it is gone completely as far as SMTP is concerned.
