Read text from image in Asp.net

Hello I want to read text from image using Asp.net. please tell me how can i use OCR in Asp.net C# project. Please describe using a code example. I will be thank ful to you Thanks Sajid

you can use the open source tesseract ocr engine i think it's the best free ocr tool. and i find a free online text ocr(http://www.online-code.net/ocr.html) using the tesseract 3.02.

You have different options and you should research them carefully to determine which one suites your needs. For example are you going to use open source OCR engine or commercial engine? Will you apply some sort of image processing algorithm to enhance the images before passing them to the OCR engine? What are the formats you are going to support? It is open source so you can modify it to implement your own image processing algorithm (if you choose to implement one in the future).
