Reading and deleting some words in word document using c#

Question

I want to be able to read words in my word document using c#.Then remove some specific words which are in the word document using c#.I am using windows application not console. Thank you in advance.

Can you please show me how i should save the document after replacing the words because doc.save() is not working.
