As Zain suggested you can firstly convert Word file to HTML code and then sent it as HTML email. Try following method to convert Word as HTML code which maintains the original layout in Word file. I didn't quite understand your question Do you want to convert word document to HTML and then send it via email (as attachment)? OR do you need to convert word document to HTML (script) and then send it as HTML email? In both cases parsing word document and then try to write the HTML elements (tags) would be rather waste of time and the overall display might not be good.
