Reason for null reference exception

object reference not set to an instance of an object ... NullReferenceException indicates that you are trying to access member fields or function types on an object reference that points to null. That means the reference to an Object which is not initialized

Object not set to instance of object means  you are accessing the object reference without creating object like Class Employee Having two methods say Employee 1() and Employee2() you can access these method by creating object of employee class.
