Receive emails from C-SharpCorner saying Your answer has been accepted

Question

I am receiving emails form C-Sharpcorner saying Your answer has been accepted. However the content of the email does not make sense as the placeholders are just empty. Screenshot enclosed.

Thanks Mahesh Sir... I also wanted to add something more... Actually today I tried to change my profile picture.... So I clicked on the My Account --> Clicked on Profile under My Settings and clicked on Edit Profile button. In the Author Registration I choose my picture and clicked on Save. But it actually did not.... I still have the same picture which was earlier... May be this is a bug as well. Thanks!!!
