Redundency and inconsistancy in SQL Server

Have you tried reading articles on the subject? Redundancy is very fundamental to the design of relational databases and SQL Server databases are relational. It is totally posssible to put redundant data in SQL Server tables but the relational database design attempts to make it possible to not do that. Any good book or article about database design will explain that better than anyone can in a forum reply unless they copy material from an article or something like that.
