redundent data from database

i have populated datagridviewcombobox from database but it takes all data from the column how to limit the combobox items

Hi Owais as per your requirement we can solve two way one is through database and another one is c#. Through Database: I assume you bind employee data in combobox in employee table have 100 row but you want display only first 10 or something else you want. select top 10 * from employeeTableName. or select top (as you want Number value only ) * from emoployeeTableName. Through C#. You should set the MaxDropDownItems property of combobox to 5. Note: performance wise through database is best because database return those value as you want.
