Regarding Certification

Hello friends I have 2 years experience in .NET Technology and now I want to have some certification in .NET. I have never give any certification exam before. And I want to clear direct .NET 4.0 exam. is it possible? which exam should i have to start preparation to gain MCTS or MVP or MCP ? Please give me your advice I really need for this time.
