I am taking column from combobox on form load. but there are some empty values in column how to avoid it to come in combobox

Your question is not clear. If you are getting the list items from db then you can get the not null values using select column from tablename where column is NOT NULL select column from tablename where column !='' If this is not what you want improve your question.
