regarding gacutil missing in .Net framework

Question

hi friends i am new to .NET dvmt. in my application i just placed ADODC component. while i am accessing the component it says object reference not set to an instance of an object . so i searched corresponding soln in Google and i found that use GACUTIL . but it it is not in my .Net Folder. please help me. thanks in advance

I'd need to see your code; more likely the problem is that you did not create a new instance of the connection; you'd want to write something like this: System.Data.OleDb. OleDbConnection conn = new System.Data.OleDb. OleDbConnection ();
