Hai How to restrict a user (having a username and password) from accesing the application in the new instance of browser when user already logged in .

Try to achieve as below you can add a column in table like LoginStatus having true/ false value.Make it true when Login and false when Logout. check the LoginStatus when user Login on another browser. you need to manage when user directly close the browser
