How to register an application with Azure Active Directory using new Azure portal? The below link shows it for old portal https://azure.microsoft.com/en-in/documentation/articles/key-vault-get-started/

Azure active directory UI is supported through older portal as of now and from there you can easily add your application in Azure AD. This feature yet not supported in azure new portal (Preview Portal).
