Regular expression for Username

Question

Hi all
I need regular expression for Username that should allow(',integers , charecters and should contain one alphabet but should not end with single quote ('))
right now i am using the following expression 

"^\d*[a-zA-Z',-][a-zA-Z0-9 ',-]*$"
help me plz
