How write a regular expression for RegularExpressionValidator which accept only such words or phrase which has spacesalphabeta and numeric.

RegExs are complicated and it would take too long to go into a solution for your particular situation. I suggest looking at the documentation that is provided with visual studio which frankly for this topic is insufficient. There are books solely dedicated to RegExs because of their comlications. I would suggest getting one that applies to .NET
