Regular Expression

Hi Experts

I am having a requirement where the ten digit number should not end in 3 consecutive zeroes.So i am trying to solve this with a regular expression.Please  can anyone help me with a regular expression for a ten digit number which should not accept 3 consecutive zeros at the end...
