Why we pass object of Dataset into Datatable

You've got it the wrong way around :) A DataSet is essentially a collection of DataTables and the relations between them. The idea is to represent a relational database by a set of objects within memory. Each DataTable object therefore corresponds to a table within the database and a DataSet object corresponds to the database as a whole. Notice though that the DataSet and DataTables only provide a snapshot of the database at the moment when they were filled.
